This program is designed to support, educate and assist in navigating the dating world for the special needs community. Each week will focus on various topics on dating and building relationships, romantic and platonic. Participants will learn the skills necessary to develop successful relationships.


The Dating Spectrum utilizes a multi-platform approach: classroom instruction, visual examples, role playing and mock dating to make learning funand engaging. In addition to our weekly meetings, we will have individual relationship coaching available to our participants by a LMFT or AMFT clinician. On a monthly basis participants will be able to attend social gatherings to practice their newly acquired skills.
Parent support is offered as well.

Topics Include:

Relationships, Communication, Sex, Boundaries, Social Media, Internet Dating, and Skills for Breaking Up and Letting Go.
